Capital Market Analyst

Generali Investments CEE, member of Generali Group, is looking for a new colleague for the position of Capital Market Analyst.
Our new colleague will be responsible for equity coverage across the Central and Eastern European region. He or she will perform both top-down and bottom-up analysis within the region and provide a global view from the equity markets' perspective in order to ensure an appropriate care for the Investments.


  • Coordination, communication and reporting of equity coverage internally within both, Generali Investments CEE and Generali Group, as well as externally.
  • Support of portfolio management team.
  • Closely watching existing equity positions: monitoring quarterly results, analyzing companies' financial performance and adjusting valuation models accordingly.
  • Pro-actively seeking for new equity investment opportunities.
  • IPO research.
  • Corporate actions analysis.
  • Analysis and forecast of sector trends.
  • Participation at relevant meetings and conference calls.


  • Master degree in economics or finance.
  • MS Word, Excel, Power Point – advanced (editing of tables, creating of graphs and presentations).
  • Previous work experiences with company analysis and valuation metrics.
  • Personal interest in market analysis.
  • Professional behavior and good communication skills.
  • Fluent in Czech language an advantage.
  • English language (intermediate).
